| Section V - Scenarios |(5.1) A girl is running out of a house and says her boyfriend is trying to attack her with a baseball bat. a minute later the boyfriend runs outside with the baseball bat and approaches the woman that stands near you in an aggressive manner, what would you do?

First of all, I will secure the girl, keeping her away from her boyfriend. I will try to handle the situation first with calm behavior. Then I will call 911 and inform them about the situation and also tell them about my location for a backup. If the situation gets dangerous before the cops arrive at my location so I'll take out my firearm and aims at her boyfriend to keep him away from his girlfriend. When cops will arrive at my location I'll first tell them about the whole situation before leaving.

(5.2) It is the middle of the day, you walk towards the bank and you notice a deputy sheriff fighting a suspect on the ground and trying to cuff him, suddenly the suspect reaches for the deputy's firearm and unholsters it pointing it at the cop at a very close range, what would you do and how will you act?

I would seek cover and make sure the attacker doesn't notice me. I would grab my phone out from my pocket and call 911 and inform the cops about the situation and request for a backup. I'll stay hide until cops arrive at the situation and handle the situation on their own. I'll stay at the scenario until it gets sorted.

(5.3) You are on your way to the city hall to get your paycheck when suddenly a couple of gang members from across the street open fire on each other, there are no civilians in the area at that time, what will you do?

Firstly I'll seek a cover at a safe place then I'll directly call to 911 and inform the cops about the situation and call them at my location, I'll keep staying in cover until the cops came at my location and handle the situation. Once the situation is under control I will wait for a law enforcer to get a statement and leave when they tell me to leave.

(5.4) It is mid-afternoon and you walk down to your local convenient store to collect your groceries. As you are shopping for your goods, you notice a female walk in with a balaclava on, and a shotgun brandished. You realize that you left your firearm locked away at home. What would you do in this scenario?

In this situation, I'll not think about my firearm, All I'll do is to listen to her and follow what she'll ask me to do because there were many civilians were present there. I'll wait for her to leave the shop then I'll directly call the cops and tell them everything about the shop.

(5.5) It is late at night, and you have just finished your shift at work when you decide to walk home due to the pleasant warmth of the night. As you are roaming the streets, a hooded man approaches you with a small firearm and demands your possession, and your firearm that is holstered on your hip. There is a 10 meter distance between you and the robber. What would you do in this scenario?

In this critical situation, I would try to seek cover, by this I mean hiding behind a building, around a corner or anything else that could keep me safe. If I do not manage to find the cover I would calmly talk to the robber and do whatever he demands me to do. I would fully comply and give my belongings if he wants to. Once he'll leave the area, so I'll directly call to 911 and tell them about the situation and te appearance of that guy.
