Reapplying GuidelinesThis thread serves as an information of when you can and cannot re-appeal when your joining process was voided due to various reasons.

    If you were denied at the application stage because of the existence of a criminal record or did not meet the minimum (IC) age requirement, you may submit an application at the same academy batch, but you can only re-apply as another character and not as the character you were denied on.

    If you were denied at the application stage because the character you are applying with is below level three, you may submit an application once your account reaches level three in-game.

    If you were denied at the application stage because of concerning factors or any reasons not listed above, you may not submit an application within the period of the current recruitment batch. You will be able to apply at the next academy batch, depending on the given circumstance.

    If you were denied at the interview stage for any reason, you may not submit an application within the period of the current recruitment batch. You will be able to apply on the next academy batch, depending on the given circumstance.

    If you were denied at the fitness test stage for any reason, you may not submit an application within the period of the current recruitment batch. You will be able to apply on the next academy batch, depending on the given circumstance.

    If you were removed from the academy for whatever reason it may be, you may not submit an application within the period of the current academy batch.

    The Academic Training Unit Command Staff reserves the right to remove any academy student for any reason they see fit, upon advice from the Director of Recruitment and Training. The San Andreas County Sheriff's Office Command Staff and Executive Staff reserve the right to remove any academy student for any reason they see fit without any required authorization.

    If you were blacklisted from the recruitment process, or the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office in general, you may not submit an application at any academy batch.

    Instead, you must go through the proper hearing channels. If you are blacklisted from the recruitment process, you must go through the application appeal process. If you are blacklisted from the department as a whole, you must go through the disciplinary hearing process.

    Concerning factors may include, but is not limited to the following:
    • Administrative record;
    • Attitude issues;
    • Lack of English proficiency;
    • History of trolling;
    • Subpar roleplay quality.

If you feel that the recruitment officer's decision was incorrect or unjustified, you may appeal the decision to the Recruitment Command Staff by submitting an application appeal. For more information about the application appeal system, please refer to this thread.
